Cynthia

A true Libra with a passion for both the beauty industry and mentorship, Cynthia has been a licensed esthetician since March 2011. Her journey into skin and beauty took a unique turn after she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Justice Studies. Realizing law school wasn't her true calling, she chose beauty school instead—and never looked back.

​After successfully running her own spot in San Diego, life brought her to the Bay Area. Following a valuable chapter working with ReWAX, she is officially back in her element as a salon owner. For Cynthia, this chapter is all about giving back. Knowing how tough it can be to break into the beauty industry, she is dedicated to being a positive mentor, creating opportunities, and guiding fresh, new estheticians as they build their careers.

Outside the Salon:

When she isn't mentoring her team or treating clients, Cynthia values the flexibility of her business so she can spend quality time with her family. She keeps moving forward with faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and she’s usually fueled by a matcha with lavender cold foam or a perfectly juicy cheeseburger!

Mikayla

​Meet Mikayla, a 23-year-old Taurus and dedicated Brow Specialist who launched her beauty journey in 2024. Fueled by iced matcha and a love for wings, Mikayla truly believes that beauty treatments are an essential part of life. She became an esthetician because of her genuine passion for making others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

Kimberly

Meet Kimberly (or Kim!), a 21-year-old Taurus and dedicated Esthetician who officially launched her career in March 2026. Specializing in Brazilian waxes, Kim is deeply passionate about the client experience. Her absolute favorite part of the job is watching clients walk in feeling unsure or nervous, and leaving the room feeling completely confident, comfortable, and happy in their own skin. When she’s not making her clients glow, you can find her hanging out with her sister—who she can't live without—fueling up on chicken alfredo, or sipping an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel.
