Policy
To maintain a professional environment and ensure the highest level of service for all clients, Beauty Box adheres to the following scheduling policies. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our practitioners' time.
Arrival and Punctuality

We request that you arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Our appointments are precisely timed to ensure optimal results.

For appointments 30 minutes or longer we offer a 7 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 7 minutes past your schedueled appointment time we may be unable to preform the service and a late cancellation fee will apply.

Appointments under 30 minutes are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or may be classified as a late cancellation if the remaining time is insufficient to perform the treatment safely and effectively.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Requirements
Time is our most valuable asset. To ensure we can continue providing top-tier service to our entire community, we require at least 6 hours' notice for any schedule changes.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled, no-shows or arrivals outside the allotted grace periodwill incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service price.

Service Modifications: If you wish to remove a specific treatment from your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Service removals made during the appointment time will be subject to a 50% administrative fee for the omitted service.
Refund and Satisfaction Policy

Issuance of a refund or complimentary corrective service is determined on a case-by-case basis

Final decisions are made at the sole discretion of management based on the specific circumstances of the appointment.
